what is fatherland?
fatherland: A person's native country (when referred to in patriotic terms)
Groups that refer to their native country as a "fatherland" associate it primarily with paternal concepts include:Motherland is a term that may refer to a mother country, i.e. a Metropole in contrast to its colonies, or the origin of an ethnic group or immigrant. This usage is sometimes seen also in English, maybe more often in the social sciences.
Motherland is otherwise a synonym for fatherland, though perhaps carrying different psychological associations. It especially has the connotation of one's country of birth and growing up, with the country being respectfully viewed as a benign mother nurturing its citizens as her children.
The term "Motherland" is very often labelled to Russia, and many Russians and various Slavs around the world refer to that country as such, even if they do not harbour their ancestry directly from that country
In Spanish-speaking countries Madre Patria can refer to the country of oneself or be understood as a reference to Spain

Essay on Dato Lee Chong Wei
Does Dato Lee Chong Wei continue on next Olympic game?
In my opinion, I think Dato Lee Chong Wei should not continue on the next Olympic
game. He was injured when he played with Lin Dan in London Olympic 2012. Thus, he
won only a silver medal but not a gold medal for Malaysia. According to an article, Dato
Lee claimed that he will continue to play in the next Olympic if his physical condition
is allowed. However, he has to wait for another 4 years before Olympic starts. He will
be 34-year-old when he played the next Olympic. Sorry to say that he is actually quite
old compare to the other badminton players in sport arena. Dato Lee got RM 500,000
as reward for his silver medal. He will channel the money to his academy and set
up a badminton stadium. And not only that, our Prime Minister Dato Seri Najib also
agreed with a proposal to set up a National Badminton Academy at the Juara Stadium
Badminton Training Centre in Bukit Kiara. Nevertheless, he can become a badminton
couch because he has lots of experience.
